2012 – A New Year!
2011 has come to a close. As we begin 2012, we are so excited to have everyone back at BMJ!
Bettye Mae Jack Middle School strives to increase academic achievement for all our students by presenting meaningful lessons and instruction to our students and strategically engaging them in student learning. We encourage our students to believe in themselves and always do their best! Our goal at BMJ is to educate every child and continue our school-wide mission of creating a school of excellence! In order to ensure that your child receives the best education possible, it is imperative your child be at school. Please review the attendance policy as adopted by our Scott County School Board.
Our faculty and staff have high expectations for all of our students! We are not content to being “good”…we want to be “great!” It takes all of us….parents, students, teachers, and the community….working together to enhance student learning.
The start of a new year is a time of excitement, renewal, hope, and new opportunities for each of us. Our wish is that May 2012 will bring your much happiness and prosperity. We encourage you to be involved with your child’s academic progress. Feel free to contact the office at any time regarding concerns and/or suggestions for student activities and academic programs. We welcome your involvement.
Again, happy new year!
